We expect that some people will be coming from upper island area or the lower mainland.
There are several airbnb in the Cowichan Valley, as well as Ocean Front Suites at Cowichan Bay, a hotel located about fifteen minutes from the venue.
We are suggesting billeting, where local families will host another family if
they would like to stay Friday or Saturday night closer to the venue:
If you are an out-of-town family wishing to stay with a local family:
